Job Title: Regional Director - Thrift Store Operations

Location: Central Canada (Frequent Travel Required)

Job Summary:

As the Regional Director for our thrift store chain, you will play a pivotal role in steering the operational success and strategic direction of five stores within Central Canada. Your expertise in retail management, particularly within the thrift store sector, will be instrumental in enhancing sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You'll be at the forefront of fostering a culture of excellence, sustainability, and community engagement across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Performance Management: Analyze store metrics to pinpoint improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
  • Inventory Optimization: Adopt inventory management best practices to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers, promoting exceptional customer service and operational standards.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to establish and meet financial objectives and budgetary goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations align with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct regular store visits, offering feedback and leading continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring a positive resolution in all cases.

Compensation

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
